At Grosvenor Furniture, we ensure a seamless and efficient delivery experience, no matter the size of your order. We offer express delivery for smaller items, room-of-choice delivery for larger items***, and curbside delivery for bulk orders.

Home Furniture Delivery Options

We provide various delivery options tailored to the size of your order:

1-Man DPD Home Deliveries is Free

  • Smaller Items: Delivered within 1-2 business days after dispatch.
  • Larger Orders (3+ boxes): Usually delivered within 7 days of order placement.*
  • Delivery Notifications: Customers receive an email with a delivery time slot on the morning of delivery.
  • Service Area: Mainland England, Wales, and Southern Scotland (Green and Yellow areas on the map). Scottish Highlands deliveries incur additional charges; see surcharge zones below.
  • Important Notes: Delivery is to the front door/ground floor entrance only.

Pallet Deliveries 

  • Delivery Time: Typically within 7 days of order placement.*
  • Express Service: Next business day delivery after dispatch.
  • Notifications: Customers are contacted to arrange delivery; drivers aim to call 1 hour before arrival.
  • Service Area: Mainland England, Wales, and Southern Scotland (Green and Yellow areas on the map).
  • Important Notes: Delivery is curbside, and customers are responsible for disposing of the pallet.

2-Man Furniture Home Delivery is Free

  • Delivery Time: Within 7-14 business days of order placement.*** (May extend to 21 days during busy periods; customers will be notified.)
  • Service Details: Items delivered to the room of choice (ground floor only for dining tables or marble products). No assembly or packaging removal included.
  • Notifications: Customers are contacted to confirm delivery dates and time slots.
  • Service Area: Mainland UK (Green and Yellow areas on the map). Deliveries to Red zones may be possible with a custom quote.
  • Important Notes: Failed deliveries or cancellations after confirmation incur a £79 surcharge. Ensure items fit your property to avoid additional charges.

2-Man Assembly Service

  • Available upon request. Contact us for a quote on [email protected]
  • Important Notes: Grosvenor Furniture is not liable for damage or additional fees if a 3rd party assembles your items. Spaces must be pre-cleared before courier arrival.

All of our furniture deliveries services are offered for FREE to mainland England, Wales and some areas of Scotland (please see the maps for areas in which we cannot deliver too).

Furniture Delivery to Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, the Inner and Outer Hebrides, the Northern Isles, Isle of Scilly, Jersey & Guernsey.

Unfortunately we are no long able to offer delivery to any part of the UK that is not classified as UK mainland, deliveries can be made to international forwarders who are based on the UK mainland that are arranged by the customers themselves.

International Shipping:
