14 Day Returns Policy

We believe that in order to have the best possible shopping experience, our customers should have the right to return goods. So if you’re not happy with your purchase, for whatever reason, you can return it within 14 days of receipt.

Important Notes:

  • All products being returned must be in the original packaging.
  • Furniture must be in the same condition as it was delivered. If the original packaging is not available, unfortunately, we will not be able to accept a return of the item.

Returns

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to accept a return for a full refund of the value of your goods minus a collection fee:

One Man (DPD Collections):

  • Single Box – £29.00
  • Two Boxes – £49.00
  • Three Boxes or more – £89.00 (Two Man Collection)

Two Man Collections (including Pallet Returns):

  • Bed/Dining Table: £89.00
  • Dining Table Set: £95.00
  • Small Pallet (per pallet) or 3-7 Dining Chair Boxes: £89.00
  • Large Pallet (per pallet) or 8 or more Dining Chair Boxes: £99.00

All returns or replacements are to and from the original delivery address. If goods are subsequently moved from the original delivery address and are later reported as being damaged, we will not accept liability for this damage as it is not clear if the damage could have been caused by a 3rd party removals or delivery company.

Refunds will only be issued once we have possession of the returned goods and after they have been inspected by our returns department to ensure they are in the same condition as they were delivered. Please allow up to 5 working days for your refund to appear in your account.


Exchanges

One Man Delivery Exchanges:

If an ordered product has been delivered and you wish to exchange any items, the following fees will need to be settled before any exchanges can occur. We will aim to have delivery and collection occur on the same day unless it is a full replacement order, in which case we will first arrange the collection before arranging re-delivery. With DPD collections, unfortunately, they can’t offer a time slot like deliveries. This is usually from 9am through to 5:30pm.

  • Single Box – £29.00
  • Two Boxes – £49.00
  • Three Boxes – £89.00 (Two Man Collection)

Two Man Delivery Exchanges:

If an ordered product has been delivered and you wish to exchange any items, the above charges will still apply.

  • Bed/Dining Table: £89.00
  • Dining Table Set: £95.00
  • Small Pallet (per pallet) or 3-7 Dining Chair Boxes: £89.00
  • Large Pallet (per pallet) or 8 or more Dining Chair Boxes: £99.00

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please either give us a call on 01829 751562 or email us at [email protected] quoting your order number, and we will have this canceled for you. A full refund will be provided if goods have not been dispatched.

Please note: If your order has been collected/dispatched, the return fees listed in the returns section will apply.


Damaged Items

While ourselves and our couriers take the utmost care with your order, on a rare occasion your order may arrive damaged or you may find the incorrect item has been sent. Please note that these cases must be reported within 48 hours of a signed delivery to [email protected].

Please ensure in this unlikely event that all packaging is retained to allow for parts/components to be exchanged with ease with DPD or our two-man couriers.
